100-Day Limited Inspection Coverage is provided to buyers who have a full home inspection. It will cover items that were in working order during the inspection; but should they break within the 100-day period they will be repaired within the limits of the warranty. Ask about this coverage when scheduling an inspection.

The most important thing to you is your family. You want to make a good investment decision, but your family's safety is first. That may be why you are looking for a Certified Home Inspector®. It does not make any difference if you are buying a new home under construction or an older; either will have issues that you need to know about before purchasing your home. The more information you have about the home the more confidence you will have about your decision.

Do not be pressured.
You may like the home very much and feel pressure to move along with the deal. This is normal; most people feel the same way when they find a home they really like. At this time it is easy not to see things that are important and costly issues with the home. Some issues might be obvious but most are missed.


3 to 4 hours for an inspection.
Our home inspection process follows the standards set by the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors® (InterNACHI). We believe that a good home inspection takes time - so that is why we don't do quickies. We will conduct your home inspection as if we were inspecting it for a member of our own family. It may take approximately 3 hours to inspect a 1000 square foot home and 4 hours for a 2000 square foot home.


Inspection report within 8 hours.
Upon completion of the home inspection you will receive the inspection report within 8 hours.  We will email you the report including any pictures taken.


Free second-opinion.
As an added benefit of having Chief Home Inspections® inspect your home, we provide FREE phone second-opinion consultations toward a solution about any problem that may arise in your home.
